Paul and Barnabas went to more cities to preach.  Where did they go on the Sabbath day? (verse 14)

They went to the synagogue, the Jewish church.

Paul preached a long sermon about Jesus.  When the sermon was finished, what did the people say? (verses 42-43)

They asked Paul to come and preach again next week.  They encouraged Paul and Barnabas in God’s grace.

The next week, almost the whole city, Jews and non-Jews, came to hear God’s word.  What did the Jews think about that?

They weren’t happy.  They didn’t want the non-Jews to hear God’s word.

Paul and Barnabas gave up the Jews and began preaching to the non-Jews.  Suppose you teach someone about Jesus.  They are stubborn and won’t listen.  You must continue trying to witness to that person, or you can go to another person and tell them about Jesus?

First try sharing with the stubborn person.  But if they continue stubborn and refuse to listen to Jesus, then you can leave them and tell other people.  God wants all people to know the good news about Jesus!
